Had a really nice six-night stay at Sairee Sairee Guesthouse. the place was clean and had a modern design. - the staff was fairly friendly. - Convenient location close to restaurants, bars, the beach, center of Sairee village, and convenience stores.

Modern and clean rooms. Nice restaurant with charming personnel. Location is just at the busy street in Sairee but the rooms are further into the complex. Hence we did not get disturbed by the traffic (or other sounds). Annoying traffic sounds at the restaurant though.
Extremely noisy drains in the bathroom. When the neighbours used water it woke us up. Closing the door hardly helped.

very zen design, but not much more else.
Very poor amenities : 1. fridge not plugged , not "welcome water bottle" in it 2. safe : use not documented, even the owner did not knew very well how to operate it. 3. NO cable tv , in spite of what the internet site says : the TV only plays DVDs 4. NO kettle nor welcome coffee dose, so we cannot make us a coffee when we awake. When asked about what to do, we were answered that we can ask for hot water at the nearby restaurant. Except that when we wake at 6 , the restaurant is closed, so : no coffee before leaving. In summary : too expensive for the quality of service offerd. You pay only for the "zen design".

The room was spacious and looked brand new, with a lovely interior. It had a balcony and fresh white bedsheets 🌞. the location was spot on! You could easily walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, and even to Koh Nang Yuan island.

Very nice room: spacious, modern and minimalistic interior design, huge window - lots of daylight. Good location - on the Sairee Beach`s main street, ca. 5Min walk to the beach itself. Actual guest rooms are on the 1st floor and on the ground floor there is a bar/resturant - good for breakfast, but pricey.
No breakfast in the room price (would be nice to E.G. get at least a discount in their restaurant downstairs..)

The location was precious. Everything was around ( shopping, bar, restaurant and beaches). Despite all these activities going around our room was still quiet. No noise disturbed us. The room was clean and has all the required equipments. The hotel restaurant was definetly the best restaurant on the island if you're not looking for thai food. The food is great. Every dishe were sensational. Try the garlic bread with cheese (better than any restaurant in Paris) and the cheeseburger with bacon (the best i have ever tasted). And the food are not expensive at all. If you're looking for thai food, you'll find a good one 1minute walk on the left when you leave the hotel.

new and nice rooms, clean. Location was great, the hotel is in the center of Sairee. There is also a good restaurant and cafe ın the hotel. You may find good restaurants around and only in this area there is nightlife at Koh Tao.

We were delighted to be offered a comfortable room with a balcony, ensuring a pleasant stay. the air conditioning was consistently on, providing a cool and refreshing environment. the hotel's close proximity to the beach made it convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand.

The Restaurant, The Restaurant & The Restaurant! Probably the best Italian food I have had in Thailand and far better than many in the uk (I have eaten there on 6 occasions so far, the carpaccio and home made pasta are great) The staff are really friendly too.
Can find better value accommodation especially if diving with a sea view.

The structure is almost brand new, cleaned and in a nice position even if it is not on the beach. It is right on the main road, but not noisy. Close to everything.
It is not a bungalow (we already knew that).

Totally very nice stay for six nights. Trendy boutique hotel in a nice area really close to taxi from the pier, and restaurants, shops, pubs and travel agencies. Particularly good location a short walk to Star Hostel. Trendy room with a magnificent view and modern decor. The staff was pretty friendly and exceptionally nice, the bed was big. Free parking nearby provided. Everything good.
